Part One

Getting The Right Amulet To The Right Person

Note that this version may well go a lot faster than the original at first, but hey, I upload daily at my peak rate, and I am compressing the parts anyway.
By the way, I am sorry the first part is full of HTML coding errors, and the font is terrible, I just was rushing it.
That night, Each of them couldn't sleep.
Misty woke up first, to hear a soothing voice call to her.
"You've got the wrong amulet, This god is not your amulet." Msty heard.
"So, Who is it?" Misty whispered.
"Brock has your amulet." The soothing voice said.
Misty looked at Brock's amulet, which had Ho-oh on it.
"Yes, I am your amulet." the soothing voice said, a lot clearer.
Misty left the Lugia amulet with Brock, and fell asleep easily.
Brock woke up next, to hear a crying sound.
"Who is it?" Brock whispered, noting Misty was fast asleep.
"You'll never find a lover with the wrong amulet." A honest-sounding voice said.
"What do you mean?" Brock whispered.
"You and Ash should swap amulets, that'll correct the mistake." The voice said.
Brock walked over to Ash, taking the Bulbasaur amulet. He noticed he'd left Ash with the Lugia one.
"That's much better. Where we're going, you'll find someone who is just your kind of person. She's a great cook. Her name's Iyami." The voice said.
Brock fell asleep dreaming of finally finding true love.
Ash woke up in the morning, to find he had a different amulet, but he felt happier with this one.
"You deserve the best, and you'll get your heart's desires from me." A voice said.
"Who is it?" Ash asked, confused.
"Your new amulet. People notice the bearer of Lugia... The King of Rainbow Cloud." The amulet said, proudly.
Ash smiled. Finally, Something that made him important.
When Team Rocket appeared, Ash felt the need to step forward, his stance strong.
"What do you want?" Ash asked, his voice full of command.
"It's the amulet." Both Brock and Misty heard, "He's going to find it mighty hard to just quit."
"My amulet." James said, "Or we take Pikachu."
"Give him the purple amulet." Ash commanded Brock.
"Obey him. He can't exactly order around Misty. She's the bearer of Ho-oh after all." Brock's amulet told him.
Brock found the amulet slid easily off Pikachu, even though, until then, it wa stuck. Brock tossed it at James, then gave Team Rocket a glare that said 'I am Lugia, Go away.'.
Team Rocket left, knowing full-well he had authority beyond his position.

"Why did you give James the amulet?" Misty asked Ash.
"We were given it to give to him, Misty. Don't question me, please." Ash said.
"What do you want for dinner, Ash?" Brock asked.
"You choose." Ash said, with a hint of authority in his voice that was never there when he talked to Misty.
"Lugia and Ho-oh bicker, but they cannot command each other. Lugia however gives orders, while Ho-oh acts as a voice for reason." Brock's amulet explained.
Brock knew what that meant. Ash and Misty wouldn't give each other a direct order, but Misty could try to change Ash's orders if they made no sense, while he had to follow Ash's commands, no questions asked.

Rainbow Cloud
Lugia and Ho-oh watched the incident with a bowl of popcorn, and a baby Togepi sat in the middle, occasionally eating some of the heavily sugared treat.
"I wonder when Misty will notice Togepi is here eating our popcorn?" Ho-oh asked.
"Thank god it's a large bowl." Lugia said, then made another small half-bubble of popcorn, and took a mouthful.
Ho-oh watched as Mew teleported up, and made her a fresh feeding bowl of popcorn.
"I hate being a fire-type god." Ho-oh moaned.
